| ARTICLE 1 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT GENERAL TERMS OF SALE |

The present general terms of sale are systematically communicated to every website customer wishing to place an order.
When placing an order, the netsurfer will indicate by a check box his perfect agreement with the present general terms of sale. Consequently, by confirming his order on the www.armurerie–girod.com website the web customer confirms his knowledge and acceptance of the present terms of sale and this in their entirety. |

| ARTICLE 2 - PRICE |

The prices of articles on the net site are in Euros all taxes included, in accordance with French fiscal law (T.V.A rate = 19.6%) and do not include postal charges.
Postal charges are in addition and payable by the purchaser and will be clearly indicated at the moment of placing an order. Postal charges are calculated according to the volume and weight of the order, the conveyor and the zone of delivery.
All currencies which appear on the site other than the Euro, are for information only and cannot be used to settle any commercial transaction ,thus all orders, whatever their origin, are payable only in Euros.
For deliveries out of Metropolitan France, the payment of the customs duties, local taxes, rights of importation or taxes of state likely to be asked, (declarations and / or payment to the authorities of the purchaser’s country of origin) remain payable to and are under the exclusive responsibility of the purchaser who imports the ordered articles.
The ordered articles remain the property of l’Armurerie Girod until complete payment of the total price. |

| ARTICLE 3 - ORDERS, AVAILABILITY AND VALIDATION |

The information given by the purchaser at the time of his order on the www.armurerie-girod.com website serves as confirmation .In the event of an error in the address given by the client for delivery, l’Armurerie Girod cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of goods.
The offers of products are proposed within the limit of stocks available.
In the event of unavailability of a product at the time of ordering the purchaser will be informed by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible. It will then be suggested to him to either differ, cancel, or change his order by writing to :

| ARTICLE 4 - REGULATION |
|
Certain articles suggested on the site www.armureie-girod.com are subject to French regulation on weapons.
Thus weapons and items of 5th, of 6th, of 7th and 8th category are deliverable only on French territory, or to over-seas French territories.
So that his order may be sent to him the purchaser will have three days maximum from the date of order to send proof of his date of birth (over 18 years old), as well as a copy of all the documents required by French arms legislation: valid National Identity card and / or Driving license and/or valid hunting license and/or valid shooting license.
Weapons of 1st and 4th category are sold exclusively on shop premises. |

| ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT |
|
Payment of the purchases is made either by :

The payment is carried out in accordance with the general conditions of the Crédit Agricole system of protected payment E-transaction .
The transaction is protected by an encoding SSL (Secure Socket Layer). You can enter your credit card number and expiry date in all security. This information is codified and cannot be intercepted or modified before being entered into the bank’s Web Server. Under no condition whatsoever will l’Armurerie Girod be informed of your credit card data or be able to store it.
At the end of the transaction the bank’s server will address the purchaser an electronic ticket repeating all the elements relating to the payment and the result of the banking request for authorisation (accepted or cancelled transaction). The purchaser’s account is debited immediately after the order has been validated.
Payment by cheque :
Payment by cheque is possible only by means of a cheque of a bank domiciled in France. The cheque must be joined to the purchase order, together with the relative supporting documents required by the article ordered (cf. article 4) and sent to :

| ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY |
|
Articles bought on the www .armurerie-girod.com site are deliverable all over the world according to the legislation of the country of the importing purchaser. (cf article 2).
Deliveries are carried out in Europe and in the Overseas French Territories by the post in “colissimo suivi”. You can keep track of your parcel by consulting the post’s website: www.colipost.net.
The delivery periods are given as an indication and are based on the average length of time for the delivery of packages in Metropolitan France.
It should be noted that the delivery periods can be modified according to the availability of the articles. L’Armurerie Girod will notify the customer by email in the event of unusual delay or if an article is temporarily out-of-stock.
L’Armurerie Girod reserves the right to split up deliveries. The postage rates will be invoiced only once.
The articles are delivered by the conveyor to the address of delivery indicated by the purchaser at the time of his order.
Cash on delivery is exclusive to Metropolitan France.
The goods travel at the customer’s risk; it is up to the customer to check the state of the parcel at the time of delivery, and to express any reservations if necessary with the conveyor by registered letter, in the three days following reception of the parcel (Article 105 of the code of the trade).
Do not forget to warn us by a parallel mail with which it is advisable to join a copy of the letter of complaint addressed to the conveyor. |

| ARTICLE 7 - COMPLAINTS AND RIGHT OF RETRACTATION |

All complaints relating to articles sold, their delivery and their payment will be dealt with exclusively by l’Armurerie Girod. If the complaint is related to a payment by credit card the Credit Agricole E-transaction service can be contacted.

| ARTICLE 8 - RESPONSIBILITY |

L’Armurerie Girod cannot be held responsible for the non-respect of the legislation of the country to which goods are delivered (cf article 2). It is up to the purchaser to check the laws of his country and ensure that it is legal to import or use the articles ordered in his country.

The present general conditions of sale are subject to French law.
French is their common language.
In the event of litigation, only the following French courts will be qualified to judge and pass sentence:

- “Tribunal d’ Instance d’ Albertville ”or “Tribunal de grande instance d’ Albertville” for commercial disputes with private individuals. |
